Welcome neighbor!
We’re CareSource, your Grants Pass-based Medicare Advantage provider. If you live anywhere in Jackson or Josephine Counties (or in the towns of Glendale or Azalea in Douglas County), we’re here to help you with your healthcare needs – and save you money.
You can learn more about our plans by clicking on the colored buttons above. We invite you to compare our plans to plans from other providers, as well as Original Medicare. Feel free to call us anytime with your questions or attend one of our many free seminars.
Why Become a CareSource Member?
CareSource was created by local doctors to give southern Oregon’s you the great care, outstanding service, and comprehensive coverage you deserve. By focusing on our members, keeping our entire workforce local and maintaining low overhead, we’re also able to help you save money over competing plans and Original Medicare.
As your friend and neighbor, we want to help you lower your expenses and ensure you have the finest, most comprehensive care available. Almost all of the doctors and clinics in the area are already CareSource-approved providers. That means you can most likely keep the same provider you’re already using. (If you don’t see your preferred provider in our directory, just call us and we’ll try to get him or her approved.)
Talk to your neighbors and health care providers about CareSource and see what they say. Or, you can always stop by our Grants Pass or Medford offices anytime for a face-to-face chat. Our friendly staff will also welcome your phone calls any time during business hours.

_______________________________________________________________________________
CareSource is a Medicare Advantage Organization with a Medicare Contract. You must have both Part A and B to enroll, and you must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium. You must use plan providers except in emergency or urgent care situations and for out-of-area renal dialysis or other services. If you obtain routine care from out-of-network providers neither Medicare nor CareSource will be responsible for the costs. Contact CareSource for more information.
